procedures
primary documentation.: loi/icpo + bcl by swift from bank to bank 1) buyer issues loi (end buyer only) addressed to gabinet agents. with soft probe authorization not older than five days.

2) buyer receives the fco signs & seals and returns to seller + bcl by swift to seller's bank.

3) buyer receives the draft contract adjusted to his needs, signs & seals and returns it together with a copy of buyers company registration certificate & a copy of the passport of the autorized to sign on behalf of the buyer.

4) seller returns the contractby exchanging it by facsimile or email attachment, duly signed and sealed.the draft copy will be deemed legal until hard copies exchanged. this will not delay the buyer in issuing the bg. / letter of credit.

5) buyer will issue to seller's bank the non - operative bg. / letter of credit.

6) within 10 banking days of receiving the non - operative bg. / letter of credit the seller's bank will post 2% operative performance bond guarantee which will activate the buyer's letter of credit.

7) hard copies of the contract are exchanged.

8) within 30/45 days after receiving confirmation of the payment instrument delivery and shippment commence as per schedule mutually agreed.

faq.

1) loi must be fresh dated, not older than 5 working days.

4) bcl must indicate an available value at buyer's account as necesary to complete the deal.
